2. 7 Day Meeting: Includes 2 Day SMRT 23rd Annual Meeting, Joint Annual Meeting ISMRM-ESMRMB 2014 Monday through Friday Scientific Sessions and Monday through Friday Educational Programs.
 
Please note:  Single-day registrations will be available onsite at the registration desk.
PLEASE NOTE: SINGLE DAY REGISTRATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE MEETING MATERIALS OR ONLINE ACCESS TO MEETING MATERIALS.

It is required by Italian law that we charge and pay to the Italian government 22% VAT (Value Added Tax) on each registration. This will be calculated on the online registration form. For additional information on recovering Italian VAT, please visit:

  If you wish to become an SMRT member to receive the member discount on your meeting registration,
please follow these instructions carefully:
 
BECOME AN SMRT MEMBER: Download and complete an SMRT membership application, and send it in with your registration form (be sure to register as a member!).
Note: a completed membership application must accompany your registration form in order to ensure processing.  Incomplete applications and/or registration forms will not be processed.  Mail or fax all documents together (fax: +1.510.841.2340).
 
 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Receipts:  Receipts will be e-mailed to pre-registered attendees.

Traveling to Italy: Please click here for more information about applying for a visa. Visa applicants are advised to apply at least 3 to 4 months in advance of a trip.

Meeting materials:  Badges and materials will be available at the pre-registration desk onsite in Milan.  No meeting materials will be mailed.

 Admission to the SMRT 23rd Annual Meeting, Joint Annual Meeting ISMRM-ESMRMB Educational Programs, the Scientific Sessions, and the Technical Exhibition is restricted to individuals wearing name badges. Please wear your name badge at all times. Remember that children under 16 are not allowed beyond the public Registration & Information Lobby or at evening events (no exceptions)!


Member discount:  Members in good standing of ESMRMB, ISMRM or SMRT may register for the SMRT 23rd Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of the ESMRMB, ISMRM or SMRT, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate.

Invited SMRT Faculty Registration: If you are an Invited SMRT Faculty Member for the SRMT 23rd Annual Meeting, please contact Kristina King at kristina@ismrm.org for information on SMRT Faculty Registration.

Refunds & Cancellations:  A refund of the registration fee, less $75.00 for administrative charges, will be made for any program when a written request is received in the ISMRM/SMRT Central Office on or before 19 March 2014. NO ATTENDEE MAY SUBSTITUTE FOR ANOTHER. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
