2. 7 Day Meeting: Includes 2 Day SMRT 24th Annual Meeting, ISMRM 23rd Annual Meeting & Exhibition Monday through Friday Scientific Sessions and Monday through Friday Educational Programs.
 
Please note:  Single-day registrations will be available onsite at the registration desk.

*To qualify for the SMRT Member Rate, 2015 membership dues must be paid.
*To qualify for the Student Technologist Rate students must be actively enrolled in a program to become an MRI technologist/radiographer. Student status must be validated via letter signed by the program director or head instructor of the MRI program on official letterhead. If this letter is not received you will be billed for the full registration cost. The verification letter can be emailed to registrar@ismrm.org or faxed to +1 (510) 841-2340 (FAX)

BECOME AN SMRT MEMBER: Download and complete an SMRT membership application, and send it in with your registration form (be sure to register as a member!).
Note: a completed membership application must accompany your registration form in order to ensure processing.  Incomplete applications and/or registration forms will not be processed.  Fax all documents together to +1 (510) 841-2340 (FAX)
 
 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Receipts:  Receipts will be e-mailed to pre-registered attendees.

Traveling to Canada: Please click here for more information about applying for a visa. Visa applicants are advised to apply at least 3 to 4 months in advance of a trip.

Meeting materials:  Badges and materials will be available at the pre-registration desk onsite in Toronto.  No meeting materials will be mailed.

Admission to the SMRT 24th Annual Meeting,  ISMRM 23rd Annual Meeting & Exhibition Educational Programs, the Scientific Sessions, and the Technical Exhibition is restricted to individuals wearing name badges. Please wear your name badge at all times. Remember that children under 16 are not allowed beyond the public Registration & Information Lobby or at evening events (no exceptions)!


Member discount:  Members in good standing of the SMRT may register for the SMRT 24th Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of the SMRT, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate.

Refunds & Cancellations:  To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing by 23 April 2015. Your fee will be refunded, less a US$100 processing charge. Refunds will not be granted for cancellation after this date. NO ATTENDEE MAY SUBSTITUTE FOR ANOTHER. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
