*To qualify for the Student Technologist Rate students must be actively enrolled in a program to become an MRI technologist/radiographer. Student status must be validated via letter signed by the program director or head instructor of the MRI program on official letterhead. If this letter is not received you will be billed for the full registration cost. Receipts: Receipts will be e-mailed to pre-registered attendees. Traveling to Canada: Please click here for more information about applying for a visa. Visa applicants are advised to apply at least 3 to 4 months in advance of a trip.
Meeting materials:
Badges and materials will
be available at the pre-registration desk onsite in Toronto. No meeting
materials will be mailed.
Invited SMRT Faculty Registration: If you are an Invited SMRT Faculty Member for the SRMT 24th Annual Meeting, please contact Kristina King at kristina@ismrm.org for information on SMRT Faculty Registration. Onsite registration hours: To minimize long lines at our registration area, we encourage you to visit on Friday, 29 May 2015.
Refunds & Cancellations: To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing by 23 April 2015. Your fee will be refunded, less a US$100 processing charge. Refunds will not be granted for cancellation after this date. NO ATTENDEE MAY SUBSTITUTE FOR ANOTHER. Absolutely no exceptions will be made. |
