The evaluation website is now closed.

 

CREDIT CERTIFICATES

Credit certificates for attendance at the Joint Annual Meeting may now be printed by registrants who submitted evaluation forms including meeting ID numbers.  Please click on  https://www.directsurv.net/ismrmcert



Late submission charge: If you did not submit your evaluation form online, before the site closed, there will be a
US$ 25 charge for your certificate.  For information on late submission of evaluation forms, please write to stephanie@ismrm.org
