| OVERVIEW |
|
It is critical to extrapolate
useful, quantitative information from structural and anatomical MR
images. This course will present principles of biophysical modeling
techniques to extract quantitative information about tissue
structure and function |
| |
| TARGET AUDIENCE |
|
Researchers interested in
incorporating quantitative analysis of anatomical, diffusion, and
contrast-enhanced MRI data. |
| |
| EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
As a result of attending this
course, participants should be able to: |
- Identify the need for
quantitative modeling in MRI data;
- Identify the limitations
of modeling; and
- Apply computational
models to extract physical information from MRI data.
