OVERVIEW
The purpose of this course is to bring together women in Magnetic Resonance (as well as men who want to support women in MR) to discuss issues affecting women in academia, industry, and medicine throughout the various stages of their training and careers.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Women in MR and men who are interested in supporting women in MR.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
• Describe the challenges faced by women in MR and identify ways to address these challenges;
• Feel comfortable approaching other women in MR for guidance; and
• Lobby for changes to improve retention of women in MR within and outside of the ISMRM.
