Overview
This course discusses findings of gynecological malignancy on MRI. The process of staging and monitoring the chemotherapy response based on MRI findings is the main topic. This course will discuss how to optimize image acquisition for state of the art image quality and as short as possible scan time.

Target Audience
This course is aimed at radiologists, imaging scientists, and MR technologists who wish to learn about gynecological malignancy and the use of MRI for evaluation of these diseases.

Educational Objectives
As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:
-Describe a high-quality gynecological malignancy MRI protocol;
-Explain the MRI findings involved in diagnosing gynecological malignancy; 
-Demonstrate gynecological malignancy staging based on MRI findings; and
-Illustrate the findings of response to chemotherapy.

Meaningful biomarkers/biomarker combinations for response assessment in gynecological malignancy must be i) derived to a specified standard, ii) of known accuracy, iii) sensitive to a specific treatment class and iv) measured at an appropriate time within the treatment pathway.
