Session Number: SMRT-34 Overview Presentations in this session will review current imaging techniques and new technology/applications for body imaging, specifically in regards to the female pelvis, pelvic & liver imaging and MR enterography. Imaging planes, patient preparation and contrast usage will be considered. Target Audience Radiographers, MR technologists, radiologists, clinicians, and scientists interested in abdomen and pelvic imaging. Educational Objectives As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to: 1. Review optimal imaging of the female pelvis: imaging planes, techniques, patient preparation, and contrast. 2. Describe techniques and contrast agents for imaging specific pelvic and liver pathologies. 3. Recognise any differences in MRI enterography technique for small versus large bowel imaging.
