Automatic Longitudinal Assessment of Hippocampal Subfields using Multi-Contrast MRI

We utilized multi-contrast UHF MRI to accurately characterize longitudinal changes in hippocampus subfield volumes. Our automatic pipeline (LASHiS) is openly available and compares favorably to both cross-sectional and other longitudinal methods.
