Become a Virtual Exhibitor | US$2,000
The ISMRM & SMRT Virtual Conference & Exhibition will feature a virtual exhibit hall with fully customizable booths that will enable exhibitors to upload videos and other marketing materials. Additionally, you will be able to engage in live one-on-one chat directly with attendees who visit your booth.
Virtual Booth Inclusions:
One customizable virtual booth during the ISMRM & SMRT Virtual Conference & Exhibition 08-14 August 2020
- Option to upload a video and other marketing materials
- Live one-on-one chat to engage with attendees
- Lead retrieval
- Two exhibitor personnel registrations that allows access to all sessions and exhibition
- Pre-registration list of all opted in attendees that allows for a one-time contact, 3 weeks prior to the ISMRM & SMRT Virtual Conference & Exhibition.
- 24-hour attendee access to exhibition hall and booth content starting 08 August 2020, along with designated daily live hours during conference dates
Contract & Payment Due:
- 10 July 2020 – Contracts submitted after this date will accepted on a limited basis. US$100 will be charged for payments made after this date.
Exhibitor Access to design Booth: 13 July 2020
Exhibitor Booth Completion: 31 July 2020
Cancellation & Refund:
- 10 July 2020 – Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing on or before 10 July 2020, for a full refund (minus US$100 administration fee). If cancelled after 10 July 2020, there will be no refund, and ISMRM & SMRT will retain all monies paid as liquidated damages.
Live Exhibition Dates & Hours (Booth Personnel need to be virtually in booth during both times)
- 10 – 13 August 2020
- 10:00 – 12:00 UTC and
- 16:00 – 18:00 UTC
Expect the same exceptional standard in education and presentations that you have become accustomed to from ISMRM and SMRT. We have taken into consideration everything that you love about both the ISMRM and SMRT annual meetings and transformed them into a virtual
interaction. With the cancellation of most medical meetings, there is a greater opportunity for more attendees to join us during the ISMRM & SMRT Virtual Conference & Exhibition.
Please be advised that all sessions and exhibit spaces are accessible by all scientific and exhibitor registrants of the virtual meeting. The virtual meeting platform is unable to keep exhibitors from visiting the booths of other exhibitors.
