IVIM-DWI can predict the early curative effect of
neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer and evaluate its effectiveness. It
can assist conventional MRI to evaluate the curative effect.

Fig2 A-H A 64-year-old woman has a large tumor on her
right breast. The tumor is isointensity on T1WI, slight hyperintensity on T2WI, and heterogeneous
enhancement. E, F, G, and H: The value of ADC, D, D*, and f is 1.04×10-3 mm2/s, 0.905×10-3 mm2/s, 23.1×10-3 mm2/s, 9.94%.
