Lesion Patterns and Blood Flow Lateralization in Atherosclerotic Middle Cerebral Artery Disease

In patients with unilateral MCA infarction, difference
between Flowavg of both sides in MCA is significant in cortical
lesion, which indicates that cortical infarct may be the specific infarct
pattern for blood flow lateralization.
