Press/Media Inquiries
Thank you for your interest in the 2023 Annual Meeting. To obtain an official Press registration badge for this meeting please follow these instructions.
- Send a formal letter on company letter head to press@ismrm.org.
- Indicate within the letter the company name, address, and the nature of your publication.
- Indicate what topic of interest you will focus on at the conference.
Once received, we will obtain approval from our Executive Director. All inquiries must be received by 26 May, 2023.
Press/Media Guidelines
PRESS BADGE GUIDELINES
The ISMRM and ISMRT provide press badges to qualified media to cover their Annual Meetings. All credential requests are subject to approval by show management.
WHO QUALIFIES FOR A PRESS BADGE?
Working journalists in print, broadcast and digital media on assignment or conducting research for established publications and media outlets. This includes reporters, editors and publishers. Film crews and photographers must have proof of assignment.
Freelancers must have published or broadcast in an established media outlet in past year on topics related to the magnetic resonance industry.
WHO DOES NOT QUALIFY?
Friends and family of journalists; sales, marketing and advertising executives and other non-editorial media staff; company presidents, industry consultants, public relations professionals, writers for company newsletters and websites.
Freelancers who have not published or broadcast stories related to magnetic resonance in the past year and do not have a letter of assignment for the show.
Facebook, Twitter, personal blogs, forums, communities and user groups will not be considered for press passes.
Film crews/photographers engaged by exhibitors for marketing purposes (register through exhibitor as exhibitor personnel).
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Media registering on-site at the meeting may be asked to provide evidence of current work for established media outlets. The same qualifications are required as for pre-registration.
SHOW RULES:
All press must be age 16 or older.
Government-issued photo ID is required to pick up press badge.
