Become a Virtual Exhibitor | US$2,000
The ISMRM & SMRT Meeting & Exhibition will feature a virtual exhibit hall with customizable booths that will enable exhibitors to upload videos and other marketing materials. Additionally, you will be able to schedule meetings and engage in live one-on-one video meetings directly with attendees.
Virtual Booth Inclusions:
- One customizable virtual booth during the ISMRM & SMRT Meeting & Exhibition 15-20 May 2021
- Option to upload video links and other marketing materials
- Ability to schedule meetings
- Live one-on-one online video calling to engage with attendees
- Lead retrieval that includes booth visitors, conversations, and content consumption
- Option to create polls
- Two exhibitor personnel registrations that allows access to all sessions and exhibition
- Pre-registration list of all opted-in attendees that allows for a one-time contact three weeks prior to the ISMRM & SMRT Meeting & Exhibition
- 24-hour attendee access to exhibition hall and booth content starting 15 May 2021 along with dedicated daily live hours during meeting dates
Contract & Payment Due:
- 15 April 2021 – Contracts submitted after this date will accepted on a limited basis. US$100 will be charged for payments made after this date.

Cancellation & Refund:
- 15 April 2021 – Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing on or before 15 April 2021 for a full refund (minus US$100 administration fee). If cancelled after 15 April 2021, there will be no refund, and ISMRM & SMRT will retain all monies paid as liquidated damages.

Expect the same exceptional standard in education and presentations that you have become accustomed to from ISMRM and SMRT. We have taken into consideration everything that you love about both the ISMRM and SMRT annual meetings and transformed them into a virtual interaction. With the cancellation of most in-person medical meetings, there is a greater opportunity for more attendees to join us during the ISMRM & SMRT Meeting & Exhibition.
Please be advised that all sessions and exhibit spaces are accessible by all scientific and exhibitor registrants of the virtual meeting. The virtual meeting platform is unable to keep exhibitors from visiting the booths of other exhibitors.
