OVERVIEW
The forum consists of two main parts. The first is a lecture on cultural
intelligence from an expert in the field. This will be followed by a
panel discussion related to the impact of cultural intelligence on
professional development, quality of life, and mentoring in our field,
with a focus on East Asia. Topics will include language, movement during
training, workplace differences among the clinic, academia, and
industry, and on types of mentorship and organizational practices that
have been most helpful, sensitive, and effective. The last hour will be
when you can discuss 1-on-1 or in small groups with the panelists,
members of the EDI Task Force, and one another.
TARGET AUDIENCE
All ISMRM and ISMRT members, both senior and junior members (early and
mid-/late- career stage).
