Dear Colleagues,
The ISMRM “Artifact Game Show” team (Rebecca Feldman, Michael Ohliger and Gigi Galiana) is looking for imaging artifacts and presenters from our community of experts.
The format of the show consists of a number of different games with the common elements of describing or showing an artifact and the contestant answering the questions (i) What is the artifact? / Where is it?, (ii) What causes it?, and (iii) How do you fix it?. Once the contestant(s) have completed the game, we plan to have you come up to podium (or play a pre-recorded video if you attend virtually) for a 3-5 min explanation of the artifact, its causes, and solutions. Alternatively, you can provide us with explanation material and we can explain the artifact ourselves. In addition to artifact contributors, we also need a panel of experts to help (or hinder) our contestants along the way.
As experts or presenters, you will be able to contribute to the show either in-person or virtually, simply by providing an artifact to us (we will credit you in the presented slides), or by showing up as an expert panelist.
The Game Show will be from 16:00 to 18:00 on Thursday, 09 May.
What we need from you are artifacts! You would use our super-special PowerPoint templates to work your artifacts into a game show format and send it back to us.
If you would like to present or provide us with special, funny, or classical image artifacts, please let us know. Also please reach out if you have any other questions about the game show or if you know of someone else with a good artifact to present!
Thank you in advance. The Artifact Game Show would not be possible without you, our exceptional presenters, and contributors!
All the best,
The Artifact Game Show Team
Rebecca Feldman, Michael Ohliger, Gigi Galiana
