Visa Requirements
Most countries will not require a visa for a short-term stay in Singapore. According to Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), 2024 ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting & Exhibition attendees from the countries below will need a visa to enter Singapore:

Visa-Free Transit Facilities
Nationals of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Georgia, India, Turkmenistan and Ukraine; as well as Nationals of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) holding other travel documents issued by the PRC* (excluding ordinary, diplomatic, public affairs and service passports) may be eligible for the Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF). *These include the PRC Travel Document, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) Document of Identity (DOI) and Macau SAR Travel Permit.
Checking Status Of Visa Application
Attendees can check the status of their applications by going to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website at www.ica.gov.sg. The “Check Status/Make Appointment” button is in the middle of the homepage. Once there, they can click the “Enquire Application Status” icon where fields for the Visa Reference Number and Travel Document Number can be inputted. If the status of the visa has been approved, a copy of the e-Visa can be printed for record.
SG Arrival Card (SGAC)
For Singapore entry requirements, please visit the ICA website. Please note that it is required for all entering Singapore to fill out the SG Arrival Card (SGAC). Travelers can submit the SGAC starting 72 hours before arrival in Singapore or upon arrival. The SGAC asks travelers to provide personal information, trip details, and health declaration and takes 5-10 mins to complete. The form can be filled out here: https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/.
How to Get an Invitation Letter for a Visa Application
Attendees can get an invitation to the 2024 ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting and Exhibition right from their ISMRM or ISMRT profile. Please visit this page on how to locate it.
The outcomes of applications are beyond ISMRM’s and East West’s control and will be based solely on the decision by the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA).

Attendees from the mentioned countries can find the list of required documents specific to their country and fill out visa applications online on the ICA website.
Visa Processing Times & Fee
Visa applications are accepted within 30 days prior to a traveler’s arrival in Singapore. The average visa processing time is three (3) business days, but it’s highly advisable to submit applications early to allow for longer than normal processing times/should unexpected events occur. No expedited services are offered. Processing fees are US$22.00 per application and are nonrefundable.
