ISMRM is running an experiment to increase accessibility and facilitate easier attendance of the annual scientific meeting. We are establishing a MiniHub at the Lille Grand Palais in Lille, France, from Tuesday, 13 May to Friday, 16 May.
A maximum of 100 people can attend the MiniHub to enjoy an in-person experience of the meeting, which will combine watching streamed material from the previous day and joining the Hawai’i meeting in the late evening.
We are excited to announce that we have met our registration goal! Due to continued interest, we have extended the registration deadline to 10 April 2025. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of our experimental MiniHub.

The ISMRM MiniHub schedule will run from the morning of Tuesday, 13 May, to mid-afternoon on Friday, 16 May. Attendees will be provided with access to the entire ISMRM 25 virtual programme (during and after the meeting) and in-person joint viewing of a wide range of scientific, educational, and member-initiated content during 7 interactive parallel sessions. The Local Organising Committee will collate these pre-recorded sessions to provide a broad experience of the main meeting and be moderated by experienced ISMRM faculty members. A poster session will give those with accepted abstracts being presented by someone in Hawai’i the opportunity to share their original work as a traditional poster.
Alongside, we will join together and share the Plenaries and Named Lectures, with the added bonus of the opportunity for discussion and exchange at each session. On Wednesday evening, we will join our colleagues in Hawai’i for the Ernst Plenary: Environmentally Sustainable MRI Equipment in real time! And on Thursday, we will share the delights of Lille and celebrate the success of the inaugural ISMRM MiniHub at our Social Event.

1 To qualify for an ISMRM Member rate, your 2025 membership dues must be paid.

Refunds & Cancellations
- All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by 10 April 2025.
- Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
Registrations are not transferable. No attendee may substitute for another.
