2025 Annual Meeting

Early Registration Deadline:
ISMRM is running an experiment to increase accessibility and facilitate easier attendance of the annual scientific meeting. We are establishing a MiniHub in Lille, France from Tuesday, 13 May to Friday, 16 May.
A maximum of 100 people can attend the MiniHub to enjoy an in-person experience of the meeting, which will combine watching streamed material from the previous day and joining the Hawai’i meeting in the late evening.
In order for this experimental MiniHub to move forward, we must meet our registration goal by the 12 March 2025 deadline. If we do not reach the required number of registrants by this date, we will provide a full refund to all current registrants.

Note: All accepted 2025 abstracts must be presented in Hawaiʻi.
Tentative Schedule
The tentative schedule will be available by 21 February 2025
The meeting will run with an afternoon session (pre-recorded plenaries and science from the previous day) and will join the host meeting in the evening in real-time.

1 To qualify for an ISMRM Member rate, your 2025 membership dues must be paid.
2 Non-member trainees must provide verification of their current status to receive the reduced fee.
Refunds & Cancellations
- All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by 12 March 2025.
- Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
Registrations are not transferable. No attendee may substitute for another.
