2025 ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting & Exhibition

2025 ISMRT
Call for Multilingual Session Submissions

Deadline:

We invite you to submit proposals for multilingual sessions at the 2025 ISMRT Annual Meeting. Our aim is to foster an inclusive environment that reflects the diversity of our global community. We encourage session submissions that incorporate multiple languages, promote cross-cultural collaboration, and enhance accessibility for non-native English speakers.

Why Multilingual Content?

Multilingual sessions provide a unique opportunity to break language barriers, encourage diverse perspectives, and ensure that the latest advancements in science, medicine, and technology are accessible to all.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sessions presented in multiple languages: We welcome sessions that feature speakers from different linguistic backgrounds, ensuring that content can be understood by a broad audience.
  • Topics of global relevance: Consider proposing sessions that address issues, research, or clinical practices that are important on a global scale, ensuring the content is applicable and beneficial to an international audience.
  • Cultural insights: Sessions that highlight the impact of language and culture on scientific communication, patient care, or research methodologies are encouraged.
  • Innovative approaches to multilingual education: If you have strategies or tools for integrating multiple languages into educational or professional settings, we want to hear about them!

Session Format:

Presentations will be made on site in the language of the submission, and an English version will be recorded for post-meeting consumption.

Submission Guidelines:

  • All session proposals must include at least one organizer who is an ISMRT member.
  • Proposals must be submitted by 18 November 2024 and should include a detailed outline of the session’s content, speakers, and language plan.

Diversity & Inclusion:

We are committed to promoting diversity in our sessions. We strongly encourage submissions that represent a wide range of geographic regions, languages, and cultural backgrounds.
