Group Registrations
Each member of a group must be registered individually. There is no discount for group registrations.
Receipts
Receipts will be emailed to pre-registered attendees.
Meeting Materials
For those attending the meeting in person in Honolulu, badges and other materials will be available at the registration area. Online (virtual) attendees will not receive any physical materials for this meeting. Single-day registrants do not receive access to any meeting materials, neither physical nor online (more details below), except their meeting badge and lanyard.
The ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting & Exhibition registration entitles registrants to either in-person attendance or online viewing access to the meeting (depending on registration type selected) and the Technical Exhibition, as well as online access to the Proceedings of the meeting. In addition, advance registrants for the Annual Meeting will have online access to the Proceedings two weeks before the meeting via the ISMRM website. More information on this will be sent to registrants in April 2025.
Registration does NOT include accommodations or meals. Housing can be booked separately through the ISMRM Housing Bureau.
Single-day registrations will be available only in Honolulu for the in-person meeting and must be purchased on the day of attendance. In-person attendees must purchase single-day registrations at the meeting’s registration area.
Single-day registrants do not receive access to the Proceedings or other materials. A single-day registration allows only for in-person meeting attendance during the date specified when purchased. Purchasing multiple single-day registrations does not change this.
Refunds & Cancellations
- All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by 10 April 2025.
- Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
- Registrations are not transferable. No attendee may substitute for another.
Member Discount
Members in good standing of the ISMRM or ISMRT may register for the Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of the ISMRM or ISMRT, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate. See the light blue box titled “Become a Member Today & Save” for more information.

- Past members can simply log in here and either pay 2025 dues or apply for 2025 membership. Please do not create a new profile.
- If you have never been a member of either ISMRM or ISMRT, please create a new profile here and then apply for membership.
Once your membership is approved, your registration options will automatically have the member discount!
