A welcome reception just for you!

Wear your blue #1 ribbon with pride! Your first experience will be joining your new friends and colleagues at the Newbie Reception on Saturday, 04 May, from 17:15-19:15. Hear a short introduction from ISMRM President Derek K. Jones, Ph.D., of what to expect at the meeting and how to navigate.

Join us for a beverage, some tasty bites and a chat with ISMRM leadership, legends, and experts at the various discipline tables. Mix and mingle with your colleagues and future collaborators!

Meet the Experts!

We’ll have experts waiting to meet you and answer questions about everything from Acquisition & Reconstruction, Diffusion, Musculoskeletal MRI, Preclinical MRI, and everything in between. Just look for the signs on the tabletops to find your area interest!

This is the event for first-time attendees: A special opportunity for newbies to meet other “#1’s” as well as many experts in the field. You must RSVP by Friday, 26 April, for entry into this event, and you must have a “#1” ribbon to gain access. If you do not have the ribbon, check with the registration desk before 16:30 on Saturday, 04 May.

During the Meeting

Pick Up Your Badge

Picking up or completing registration for the Annual Meeting can be done at the Registration Desk in the Suntec Convention Centre (Level 3). On-site registration will be open starting Friday, 03 May, from 14:00 through 19:00. Please check the Program-at-a-Glance for specific open hours; registration is open from 07:00-18:00 most days.

Have a Question?

Ask one of our many volunteers wearing the “Ask Me” T-shirts. They have a wealth of knowledge about Singapore, the annual meeting, directions, and schedules, or visit the registration area where an ISMRM staff member would be happy to answer your questions.

While you’re in the exhibit hall, stop by our ISMRM & ISMRT booth. Meet the central office staff and hear more about membership opportunities and upcoming events. Resonarium

Check out the Resonarium, located in the Exhibition Hall. Throughout the meeting, this casual hang-out spot hosts special “off-program” sessions and sit in on ISMRM legends during the Fireside Chats. #secretsessions

Get Your Certificate of Participation or CME Credits Online

Looking for a certificate of attendance or continuing medical education certificate? Sign into ismrm.org, complete the evaluations, and print a certificate directly from the site.

Watch Session Recordings

Did you miss a session that you really wanted to attend? Most sessions are recorded and will be available to attendees via the Program-at-a-Glance a few weeks after the meeting ends.

Newbie Reception (RSVP required)

Opening Reception

Sunday, 05 May, 18:30 – 20:00

The Opening Reception is your first opportunity to see the exhibition floor, digital posters, and thousands of your colleagues in one area. Come socialize, have a snack, and get a sneak peek at the Resonarium, where our “Secret Sessions” are held throughout the week. Reception runs from 18:30 – 20:00, Sunday, 05 May, in the Exhibition Hall.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Forum & Reception (RSVP required)

Monday, 06 May, 18:15 – 20:15

Inclusion and diversity are priorities in the ISMRM community. This year, we have a forum about equity, diversity, and inclusion followed by a reception. Meet with your colleagues to discuss the changes you can make in your labs and community. Forum runs from 18:15 – 20:15 on Monday, 06 May, in room 331-332.

Closing Party (Opt-in required during registration)

Thursday, 09 May, 19:30 – 21:30

Join us for the closing party on Thursday, 09 May, 19:30 – 21:30. The location is Bay Central, located next to the Singapore Flyer. There is no better way to say “thank you” for attending by throwing an awesome party for the attendees and exhibitors. You don’t want to miss out on this exclusive fun and social event. We couldn’t do it without you!
