2025 Clinical Stipend Application

Abstract Information

Submission of one or more abstract(s)* in which you are a first author or second author is required. Please list the tracking number(s) of these abstract(s) of which you are first or second author and which you have submitted for the 2025 ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting & Exhibition

* at least one tracking number for an abstract submitted on the official abstract site is required.

The following documents are required in order to apply for a clinical stipend:

• A letter from the applicant that includes a brief statement of their interest in attending the 2025 ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting & Exhibition and explain how this will relate to their own work;
• A letter of support from the Department Chair verifying the eligibility of the applicant for the program and that the applicant will be given the time off to attend and be supported for up to $1,000 or the remaining cost of the meeting and/or will use vacation time and personal funds as needed;
• A copy of the scientific abstract as submitted in final abstract form (first and second authors will be given preference).
• A curriculum vitae of the applicant.
• Completed online Application Form to be submitted with the application.
