2025 ISMRM membership is required by the above deadline. If you are not a member, you will need to complete the membership application process on or before that deadline to be considered for this stipend. Current members will need to pay their 2025 membership dues by the same deadline.

The following documents are required in order to apply for the New Entrant Stipend:

A letter from the applicant that includes a brief statement (one page) of their interest in attending the Annual Meeting and explain how this will relate to their own work;
A letter of support from the Department Chair stating that the student either will be given the time off to attend and be supported for the remaining cost of the meeting or will use vacation time and personal funds as needed; and
A curriculum vitae of the applicant.
