General Information

Car Parking

Delegates who are staying on-site at Cordis Hotel can park on-site from NZ$35 per day.

For those not staying on-site and require parking, the closest parking is located just at the back of the hotel at 8/12 Liverpool Street, Auckland CBD. It is a pay-and-display public parking and spaces are subject to availability. To access the hotel from the carpark, please take the lift to the Ground Floor and follow the signs to the event venue. Climate

November in Auckland is known to be sunny and pleasant. It is an exciting time to visit the city, as the wharfs are busy and the famous walks of New Zealand, many of which are accessible from Auckland, are open and ready for exploration. Usual temperatures in November range from 13° – 19° C. Please ensure you pack layers and jackets as it can get quite cool.

Dress

A smart casual / business attire dress code applies for all meeting sessions and the Gala Reception.

Name badges

The wearing of identification badges is mandatory and will be required for admission to all sessions. These will be provided at the meeting registration desk upon your arrival.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended that delegates take out adequate medical, travel and personal insurance before travelling.

Internet access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire venue.
