Accommodation Information

A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of meeting delegates at a number of hotels near the Adelaide Convention Centre. Accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated when a booking is received. To secure the conference accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process. The booking deadline is Friday 11 October 2024.

Payment for accommodation

Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room with the hotel. A wide range of credit cards are available for accommodation payment, based on your accommodation venue. Please ensure you are familiar with your hotel’s payment policy and cancellation policy (outlined below).

Arrival time

Please indicate your estimated time of hotel arrival during the booking process. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released. Check in time is 14:00

The Hotel will charge 100% accommodation fees 30 days prior to arrival.
A service fee of 1.5% will be charged for all payments made using a credit or debit card.
On arrival to the hotel a credit card is to be presented upon check-in, where a pre-authorization is required of $100 AUD. These funds will be held as a guarantee and used to settle the final invoice on departure. Should you choose to settle with an alternate payment option, please note the funds held on the card can take up to 7 business days to appear in your bank account.

On check-in to the hotel each guest will be required to provide a credit card for a $100.00 per night pre-authorization to cover incidental Charges. In the event a guest does not have a credit card, a $100.00 per night EFTPOS bond (per room) will be taken and photo identification will be required such as a driver’s license or valid passport. This bond will be refunded upon checkout.
