Registration is now open.

Registration fees for 2024 have been kept the same as 2023 fees. Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by Monday, 16th September 2024. Exhibitors should refer to the exhibition manual for their registration details and entitlements.

Registration Inclusions

Full member or non-member registration fees include:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Morning and afternoon teas and lunch each day
  • Gala reception ticket

Day registration fees include:

  • Access to all sessions on the nominated day of attendance (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Morning and afternoon teas and lunch for that day

Gala Reception
Saturday, 16 November 2024
7pm – 11pm
Hotel Richmond, 128 Rundle Mall, Adelaide

A ticket to the Gala reception is included for delegates with a full registration. Additional tickets are available to purchase for day delegates, guests and family members for $140 per person.

Attendance at the Gala reception includes food, drinks and entertainment.

Registration Confirmation

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please first check your spam folder and then contact Expert Events.

Payment

All payments must be in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment may be made by:

  • Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice. Please forward remittance advice to: ismrtanz@expertevents.com.au.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the meeting secretariat.

  • Registration cancellations received by 5pm on Friday 22 September 2023 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD110.
  • Registration cancellations received after 5pm on Friday 22 September 2023 but prior to 5pm on Friday 13 October 2023, will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees paid and 100% of any function tickets paid.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm on Friday 13 October 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the meeting secretariat is advised in writing.
