  • All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by the above deadline.
  • Refunds are subject to a US$100.00 cancellation fee.
  • There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
  • Registrations are not transferrable. No attendee may substitute for another.
  • Absolutely no exceptions will be made.

Fees vary depending on your registration choice. Please see the chart below. Fees are in US dollars and must be paid in US funds.

For in-person workshop attendees, these fees include:

  • Workshop registration and materials
  • 3 breakfasts
  • 3 boxed lunches
  • All morning & afternoon coffee/snack breaks during the workshop

Registrant Fee for Virtual Attendance

For virtual workshop attendees, these fees include:

  • Workshop registration and materials

  *  Your 2021 dues must be paid to qualify for the member or trainee member rate.
**  Trainees include postdocs, residents, fellows, and technologists.
