All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by the above deadline.
Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
Registrations are not transferrable. No attendee may substitute for another.

If you have been a member in the past, log in here and either pay your 2022 dues or apply for 2022 membership. Do not create a new profile.
If you have never been an ISMRM member, please create a new profile here and then apply for membership.
- Once your 2022 membership is approved and you have received your welcome letter, you may then register for this workshop at the member rate.

This registration option does not include housing. You will need to find a nearby hotel on your own.
