Registration Rates
Choose between a private or shared room, or no accommodations if you do not wish to stay at the Enchantment Resort.
Fees vary depending on your registration choice. Please see the chart below. Fees are in US dollars and must be paid in US funds.

* Your 2022 or 2023 dues must be paid to qualify for the member or trainee member rate.
** Trainees include postdocs, residents, fellows, and technologists.
* Important Notice About Room Share Registration
To register at the Shared Room rate, DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE. Use the printable room share form at the bottom of this page.
IMPORTANT: We do not find a roommate for you. If you do not already have a roommate at the time of registration, you will need to register at the full, private-room registration rate.
If you do have a roommate, the Registrar must receive both individuals' registration forms before either will be processed.
* Nearby Housing for Those Not Staying at the Enchantment Resort
If you are not staying at the Enchantment Resort or if you registered after housing was sold out, you will need to book your own housing. Here are a few nearby options we have found that may suit your needs.

We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have a disability, food allergy, or other special need, advance notification will help us better accommodate you. Please notify us of your needs at least two weeks in advance of the program.
