Attendees can fly into Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB), which is about 14.9 km (10 miles/) west of the Hôtel Château Laurier Québec and takes approximately 30 minutes by car or about an hour by public transit. There are multiple modes of transportation from the airport to the venue.

The next closest major airport, Montreal Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is about 171 miles/275 km away (approx. 3 hours by car).

Attendees who opt out of registration with accommodations are responsible for their own hotel bookings and fees.

Note: Registration with accommodations only includes the nights of 03-05 September 2024. Attendees extending their stay prior to or after these dates may do so at their own expense.

Check-in is 16:00 on day of arrival, and check-out is 11:00 on day of departure.
