The Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel is about 3 miles/4.8 km away (approx. 10 mins by car) from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).

Attendees can also opt to take the Las Vegas Monorail and bus lines to Renaissance. From Terminal 3 departures, get on the CX Centennial Express Northbound. After 7 stops, get off at the WB Flamingo after Linq stop. Walk for about 2 minutes to Flamingo & Caesar’s Palace. Get on the northbound Las Vegas Monorail. Get off after two stops at Boingo Station at Las Vegas Convention Center. The Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel is a five-minute walk away. This trip takes about an hour and runs every 40 minutes.

Alternatively, attendees can get off the CX Centennial Express Northbound at the McCarran Airport (Terminal 1, Level 0) stop. Transfer to the 108 University Center Dr./Paradise Northbound line. After 12 stops, get off at NB Paradise after Desert Inn. The Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel is a five-minute walk away. The trip takes about 50 minutes and runs every hour. • Terminal 1 Taxis
• Available on the east side of Baggage Claim outside exit doors numbered 1 - 4. Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed.
• Terminal 3 Taxis
• Taxis are located outside on Level 0. There are 15 taxi-loading positions on the west end of the building outside the exit door numbered 52. Airport personnel are available to assist as needed.

Taxicabs are also available at the Rent-A-Car Center. The list of available taxi companies can be found here.

Do not make use of unlicensed taxis if you would like a safe, hassle-free trip. Licensed taxi drivers do not stand inside the terminal nor ask if you need a cab.

Note: Ride shares are especially in high demand in the Las Vegas area; wait times could be long. Please plan accordingly with this in mind.

Uber and Lyft are available at LAS. Attendees can be picked up at LAS airport from either Terminal 1 or 3:

Terminal 1:

• From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage. The pickup area is to the right.

Terminal 3:

• From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 52, 54 or 56 up to Level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage then take the elevator or stairs down to Valet Level.

Onsite parking is available per day/per vehicle for US$18.00; valet parking per day/per vehicle is US$25.00. Electric charging stations are available. Onsite parking is not included with hotel accommodations.
