Airport
There are three airports attendees can fly into for the workshop. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is about 25 miles/37 km away from the Graduate Annapolis. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is approximately 36 miles/58 km away, and Dulles International Airport (IAD) is approximately 60 miles/97 km away
Public Transportation
BWI
Attendees flying into BWI can opt to take light rail station and MTA bus line 70 to the Graduate Annapolis. After picking up luggage, head to the light rail station located immediately outside the lower level of the terminal building adjacent to Concourse E. DCA
Attendees flying into DCA can head to the Metrorail station and get on the Largo blue line. After seven stops, get off at Farragut West and walk to the K St NW & 18 St NW bus station and get on the 220/9 Annapolis line. After 20 stops, get off the West St. and Lafayette Ave. stop. The Graduate Annapolis is a minute’s walk away.
Alternatively, attendees can get off at Capitol South Station from the Largo blue line and walk to the Independence Av SE+1 St SE bus stop. Get on the 230/9 Annapolis bus and get off at West St. and Lafayette Ave. after 12 stops. The Graduate Annapolis is a minute’s walk away. IAD
Attendees flying into IAD can head to the Metrorail station and get on the Largo silver line. After 15 stops, get off at the Foggy Bottom-GWU station and walk to the 23RD ST & I ST NW nb bus station and get on the 220/9 Annapolis line. After 22 stops, get off the West St. and Lafayette Ave. stop. The Graduate Annapolis is a minute’s walk away. For more public transportation routes and ETAs, please reference Google Maps.

Do not make use of unlicensed taxis if you would like a safe, hassle-free trip. Licensed taxi drivers do not stand inside the terminal nor ask if you need a cab.

Hotel accommodations are included with registration fees only if they are selected during registration. Registration with accommodations only includes the nights of 31 March – 1 April 2025. Attendees extending their stay prior to or after these dates may do so at their own expense. Check-in is 16:00 on day of arrival, and check-out is 11:00 on day of departure.
Attendees who opt out of registration with accommodations are responsible for their own hotel bookings and fees.
