All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by the above deadline.
Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
Registrations are not transferrable. No attendee may substitute for another.

There may still be rooms available at the Graduate by Hilton Annapolis; please contact the hotel directly at +1 410-263-7777 if you would like to make a reservation. Rates will vary depending on the room booked. Alternatively, here are other hotel options in the nearby vicinity of the workshop venue. You will be responsible for booking your own accommodations.

IMPORTANT: We do not find a roommate for you. If you do not already have a roommate at the time of registration, you will need to register at the full, private-room registration rate.
